Ange Steeve Kouassi, a seasoned industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, stands at the helm of Eskalate HACCP consulting prowess. His journey has taken him across continents, Africa, Asia, and North America.
Steeve’s expertise spans multiple sectors – brewery, seasonings, cocoa, oilseeds, and wheat milling. His hands-on experience in these industries provides a holistic perspective on food safety.
His greatest achievement is the construction of a € 33-million-cocoa-processing-plant from 2008 to 2009.
Early in his career, Steeve championed HACCP plans for various products, igniting a deep-seated passion for HACCP and food safety that continues to inspire his work today, driving Eskalate’s mission to elevate industry standards.
Steeve holds an MBA from Université Laval in Quebec and a bachelor’s degree in food science. He is also a Certified Professional of Food Safety from the US National Environmental Health Association | NEHA. Furthermore, Steeve possesses a HACCP certification accredited by the International HACCP Alliance | IHA which meets Canada Food and Drug Regulations | FDR, the US Food and Drug Administration Code of Federal Regulations | 21 CFR, the Food Safety Modernization Act | FSMA, the Global Food Safety initiative | GFSI, the Safe Quality Food | SQF requirements, and the Codex Alimentarius.
